1. Who we are
This website is operated by Finacul, 1A, KMP Happy Homes, Behind Holy Family School, Chembukkavu Road, Thrissur, Kerala 680020, India (“Finacul”, “we”, “us”).
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect:
- your name and email address;
- optionally, your phone number, business name, the service you are interested in and your message;
- technical details sent by your browser — IP address, browser type and the page you enquired from — used to prevent spam and abuse.
When you subscribe to the weekly due-date reminder we collect your email address, the categories you chose, and the time you gave and confirmed consent. Subscribing to the calendar feed collects no personal data — your calendar app simply downloads the published dates.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The compliance calendar and enquiry finder run entirely in your browser and send nothing to us.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to discuss and deliver the services you ask for. We use a reminder subscriber’s email address only to send the reminder they asked for. We rely on the consent you give when you submit a form (confirmed by email for reminders), in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with service providers that host this website and deliver our email, under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Unconfirmed reminder sign-ups are deleted after 30 days, and a subscriber’s email address is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for the services provided.
6. Your rights
You may withdraw consent, or ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, at any time by writing to contact@finacul.com. Reminder emails can also be stopped with the unsubscribe link in every email. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before the withdrawal.
